The apartments are each different in character, style and furnishings. They all share in common the following characteristics:

• They are all newly renovated and newly furnished with the highest quality furnishings. Mattresses were chosen for support and comfort.
  
• All have everything necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible; coffee pot, tea pot, iron, washing machine, completely equipped kitchens with microwave ovens
  
• Heat and air conditioning
  
• Sheets and towels are always included in the inventory and in the price of the rental
  
• Cable TV and wireless Internet connection
  
• All apartments are non-smoking. Smokers are welcome but they must agree to smoke outside the apartments.
