This wonderful apartment is located just steps from the entrance to Valencia’s Central Market. The apartment is in an elegant, centuries old building, fully renovated and now equipped with an elevator. It combines the best of historical character with all the most modern conveniences. The building is perfectly located on a small plaza, very near the La Lonja, the Plaza del La Reina and the Plaza Redonda. The apartment is on the thirdfloor and has a great view of both the market and the neighborhood.

It has a completely equipped fully modern kitchen, dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning and heating, one large bedroom as well as a comfortable fold out sofa in the living room for two extra guests. The apartment is spacious and sleeps four people comfortably.

The bathroom is state of the art and the apartment has lots of extra closet space. This apartment is best suited for two couples or four people maximum. In the neighborhood are a variety of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and clubs. All other areas of the city and its surroundings are easily accessible by bus or subway.

Rental rates for the Mallorquins apartment are:
This apartment rents for minimum of three days. The rate is 85 euros per day, 550 euros per week. Monthly rentals can be negotiated at a discounted rate. Special rates can be negotiated for longer stays.

Reservations and Payments
Upon making your reservation, we will send you a pending confirmation with the total price of your stay. We will then ask you to deposit, by bank transfer, 20% of the total rental fee to confirm and hold your reservation. Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to pay the balance due, in cash. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be required to leave a security deposit of 100 euros to cover any potential breakage, key loss or missing items. This 100-euro security deposit will be returned to you within ten days after your departure if all in the apartment is in order. There are no additional charges for towels or sheets, but there will there a 20 Euros charge for cleaning.
