This apartment is a charming one-bedroom in a centuries old building. It has been renovated inside and out to combine the best of historical character with all the most modern conveniences. The building is perfectly located on a narrow ancient street, very near the La Lonja, the Central Market, the Plaza del La Reina and the Plaza Redonda. The apartment is on the first floor.

It has a completely equipped fully modern kitchen, a washing machine, air conditioning and heating, one large bedroom and two small living rooms. The lower living room has a fold out sofa for an extra guest.

The bathroom is state of the art and the apartment has lots of extra closet space. This apartment is best suited for a couple or three people maximum. In the neighborhood are a variety of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and clubs.

Rental rates on Repeso apartment
This apartment rents for minimum of three days. The rate is 70 euros per day, 475 euros per week. Monthly rentals can be negotiated at a discounted rate. Special rates can be negotiated for longer stays.

Reservations and Payments
Upon making your reservation, we will send you a pending confirmation with the total price of your stay. We will then ask you to deposit, by bank transfer, 30% of the total rental fee to confirm and hold your reservation. Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to pay the balance due, in cash. Additionally, you will be required to leave a security deposit of 100 euros to cover any potential breakage, key loss or missing items. This 100-euro security deposit will be returned to you within ten days after your departure if all in the apartment is in order. There are no additional charges for towels or sheets, nor will there be a charge for cleaning. All of this will be covered by your rental payment.
