A studio apartment in a luxury building, one block Southwest of the Estacio del Nord  (Central Train Station). It is located on the main avenue entering the Centro Historico. The building has a doorman, and three elevators. The apartment is on the 8th floor. It is a small and cozy space perfectly suited for a couple. It has one large bed, a small sofa, and an exceptionally large bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment comes completely equipped with all one needs to live well there, including a washing machine. It is an interior apartment and therefore is quiet and isolated from the noisy city street below. There are large windows with lots of light and a view to the neighborhood behind the train station.

The apartment is perfectly located, within one block of the Plaza del Ayuntamento, the center of the centro historico. The neighborhood offers excellent shopping, restaurants and clubs.

Rental rates on Xativa apartment
This apartment rents for a minimum of three days. The rental price is 50 euros per day, 300 euros per week. Monthly rentals can be negotiated at a discounted rate. Special rates can be negotiated for longer stays. It is suitable for no more than two people.

Reservations and Payments
Upon making your reservation, we will send you a pending confirmation with the total price of your stay. We will then ask you to deposit, by bank transfer, 30% of the total rental fee to confirm and hold your reservation. Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to pay the balance due, in cash. Additionally, you will be required to leave a security deposit of 100 euros to cover any potential breakage, key loss or missing items. This 100-euro security deposit will be returned to you within ten days after your departure if all in the apartment is in order. There are no additional charges for towels or sheets, nor will there be a charge for cleaning. All of this will be covered by your rental payment.
